Dr. Puerto is very kind and efficient, and she and her assistants are very good at explaining everything they’re doing as they go. The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I also like the video played on the large monitors: aerial shots of beautiful landscapes. My family plan to makeInspired Dental our forever dentist.
I recently changed General Dentists and I could not have asked for a more amazing patient experience than with Inspired Dental! Dr. Puerto treats her patients as an additional family member and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is on board with the procedure and the patient understands the procedure/causes/treatments that can be performed. Dr. Puerto takes a very ethical approach to her work which is something I truly valued during my appointment and something that is uncommon in the field of Dentistry. I would recommend Dr. Puerto and Inspired Dental to everyone!
Wow I love this dentist and her office! Dr. Puerto is the best dentist I have ever gone to! She makes you feel comfortable and she is very professional. It is a absolute pleasure to write a review about Inspired Dental. This is by far the best dental experience ever from cleanliness, equipment, and personal. I highly recommend and enjoyed my dental service from the time I walk through the door with a smiling face and very polite receptionist. The dental assistant made me feel very calm and relax while preparing me for the dentist as I am always tense about having dental work (LOL). The dentist Sandra Puerto by far made my dental experience to their office the best ever. I felt pampered, she took her time, walk me through what was being done and by far this was the best dental cleaning ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I just recently started at inspired Dental and I was very pleased from the first day. The staff is very pleasant, kind and reassuring. Dr. Puerto is unbelievable. She is very kind and very proficient. She explains what is needed and welcomes your feedback regarding your individual treatment plan. The office itself is modern and immaculate. An overall great experience and I never thought I would ever say that about going to the dentist 😊. I highly recommend them.
I am so impressed with Inspired Dental. The office is beautiful and every person on staff is so nice! Dr. Puerto is very thorough, listens to all of your concerns, and gives you honest and caring feedback. She talks you through everything and keeps your comfort in mind every step of the way. I went in for an emergency dental appointment, and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and I'm so glad to have found a place to take care of me. You guys all rock, thank you!
I visited Inspired Dental as a new patient. Dr. Puerto and her team are awesome! Based on the work I needed, Tina, the dental Hygienist, did great at explaining how the entire procedure would work and next steps. I felt at ease in the care of Dr. Puerto. She was gentle and again, did a great job explaining what I would expect. They even texted me the next day to see how I was doing post surgery.If I can, I will continue to visit Dr. Puerto and her team for all future dental care.
I recently moved to Florida and I was in search of a dentist. I scored when I found Inspired Dental. I am truly happy that I chose Inspired Dental. If you're reading my review please don't think twice to call them and book your appointment. The entire staff is professional and friendly. I may sound like I worked there or know someone there, nope. I just had a great experience. Got my mouth examined and cleaned and I am returning tomorrow to take care of a cavity. I know I'd leave feeling confident once again. Oh lastly I get cold very quickly and so when I was filling out my application before my appointment I requested a blanket and it was there for me upon arrival. Deep thanks to Inspired Dental for an amazing visit and for making me feel good about my oral hygiene.
This practice is amazing and top notch. No one enjoys going to a dentist, but this place makes it as pleasant as possible. The office is beautiful, very modern and welcoming. The staff are friendly and very professional. Dr. Puerto is awesome- extremely thorough, comprehensive in her exam, explains everything and does incredible job. The overall experience is 5 star. I referred my wife after my 1st visit.
Inspired Dental in Windermere, is the best dental office I have ever been to. The receptionist was very kind and worked me in the day before Thanksgiving for an emergency app. When I was taken to the back Jen and Mrs. Puerto were absolutely amazing! Very kind and gentle. I received the "wow factor" at this office. Wonderful people, clean office...if I could give more stars I would.
Not only is the office gorgeous and absolutely immaculate, but from the moment you walk through the door you can feel how professional, caring, but welcoming everyone is. The moment Dr. Puerto came in to see me, however, it was clear that it starts at the top. She radiates care for her patients, staff, and a true love for her craft. Inspired Dental has made a patient for life… by far one of the best dental experiences I’ve had!
Everyone in the office is really nice and welcoming. I have severe anxiety and they did everything possible to make me feel relaxed. I was able to wear headphones and watch Netflix while having my teeth cleaned! It was great! This office is so clean, modern and beautiful. It does not smell like a typical dentists office either. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Puerto and her amazing staff!
